Checking the box on/off results in "-new-audio-pes -hdmv-descriptors" being set or deleted. I did notice, when I set the output to "TS muxing" or "M2TS muxing", at the General tab the option "Generate HDMV compatible TS" becomes available. I would love to try muxing without it, but I don't know how to delete that switch using the GUI.
